Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agree to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
1. Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is a concern, these must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- Exclusions: Due to hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.
2. Initiating the process
To start a return, please email us at support@walkerandfield.com with:

A photo of the product (mandatory in case of damage).

Note: Once approved, we will provide you with the official return address of our central warehouse. Returns sent to the address on the original shipping label (sender address) without prior approval cannot be processed or refunded.
3. Return Shipping & Customs

International Hub: Our products are dispatched from and must be returned to our international fulfillment center (overseas).

Costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rates for international shipments may be significantly higher than domestic rates.

Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. If these fees are not pre-paid, our warehouse may be forced to refuse the delivery.

Tracking Requirement: We strictly require the use of a tracked shipping service for all returns. Walker & Field is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels. Without a valid tracking number and delivery confirmation at our warehouse, no refund can be issued.

Agreement: By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these international return conditions and the associated costs.
4. Refunds

Procedure: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Late Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please check your bank account first, then contact us at support@walkerandfield.com.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge.

7-Day Reporting Window: Any issues regarding quality or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence.

Mandatory Resolution: By purchasing from Walker & Field, you agree to contact our support team and allow us to provide a resolution before opening a bank dispute or chargeback. Walker & Field reserves the right to present this policy as evidence of bypassed procedures in any formal payment dispute.
6. Cancellations
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment center. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at support@walkerandfield.com immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, you may follow the standard return procedure after delivery.
